UNL Printed Microarray Core Facility(PMCF)

The UNL Printed Microarray Core Facility (PMCF) provides high quality core services to the research community in UNL and the surrounding area for all of your custom microarray needs. We operate spotted platforms for both DNA and protein microarrays, providing users with complete flexibility in array design and fabrication. From large whole-genome arrays to specialized sub-arrays, PMCF can help you with all aspects of your microarray experiment, including array design, fabrication, hybridization, image analysis, and primary data analysis. We have extensive experience with cDNA arrays and oligonucleotide arrays and offer a variety of fluorescent labeling techniques, including Cy-dye incorporation, amino-allyl incorporation, or dendrimers. In addition to microarray capabilities, the facility also has substantial experience with high-throughput genotyping (e.g. PFGE, RFLP, AFLP, MLST, OBGS) and microbial identification using 16 or 23S rDNA technology.
